Contributor Update: Kevin McLellan Ornithology (the Word Works)

Kevin McLellanWe are excited to share news that Kevin McLellan’s 2018 forthcoming collection Ornithology (the Word Works) will include seven poems published with Superstition Review. Kevin has made available a list of his other published poems appearing in Ornithology (the Word Works) on his site.

Kevin’s poems were featured in two issues of Superstition Review, issue 14 and issue 17  He also participated in the SR Pod/Vod Series on February 10, 2015 and November 8, 2016 where you can follow along as he reads his poems.

“Paris Voices” can be seen in Valparaiso Poetry Review’s Fall/Winter 2017-2018: Volume XIX, Number 1.

Meg started dancing at a young age and worked professionally in the performing arts for many years. She is the editor of Dressing Room Poetry Journal and recently received her MFA in creative writing from the NEOMFA Program. Meg is currently a lecturer at Iowa State University.

She recently received a James Merrill fellowship from Vermont Studio Center..

Ed AdamsEd Adams holds degrees from Goddard College and Antioch University. He has published poems in numerous literary journals including Barrow Street, Exquisite Corpse, Fence, G. W. Review, Lilies and Cannonballs Review, The Quarterly, in the U.S., Poetry Review, Shearsman in the U.K. His work has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize, book manuscripts of his work have made finalist for The Walt Whitman Award and for The Brittingham Prize in Poetry. He grew up in Philadelphia and in Rochester, and has lived for a while in New Mexico, in Taos and now in Santa Fe, where his daughter is attending high school.

Rebecca MeachamRebecca Meacham is the author the flash fiction collection Morbid Curiosities, which won the 2013 New Delta Review chapbook contest. Her story collection, Let’s Do, won University of North Texas Press’s 2004 Katherine Anne Porter Prize, and the book was a Barnes & Noble “Discover Great New Writers” selection. Meacham’s prose has appeared in Michigan Quarterly Review, Indiana Review, Necessary Fiction, Paper Darts, Wigleaf, West Branch, The Collagist, Monkeybicycle, and other journals, and she’s currently a blogger for Ploughshares. She’s an Associate Professor of English at University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, where she directs the creative writing program.
